How do I get started? I recommend starting with the “Core Foundations” video. If you are new to True Motion Videos start with video 1. and continue sequentially . Video 7. 8. and 9. are essential for addressing your asymmetry. How often do I need to do each video to see results? Think of each video in the “Core Foundations” as a re-programing of your compensation patterns. In the beginning practice video 6. 7. 8. and 9. daily. Choose other videos to improve your core activation and breathing as needed.
How many reps and sets? In the “Functional Movement” videos I suggest starting with 1-2 sets / 12-15reps. Remember to emphasize on good form and detail of movements.
What is most important? Learning how to expand your breath into your posterior ribcage. “JET-PACK” without force. Breathing and Motion should always flow together.
